Use kale as the base for food. Add zucchini noodles and alfalfa sprouts. Pull olive oil on top. Add salsa, then add the hummus. Enjoy!!!

Dulse Flakes

Wild Wakame

Use raw spinach as a bed. Chop tomatoes and add it to spinach. Pull olive oil on both. Boil Quinoa with bay leaves & wild wakame
Slice avocados and add dulse flakes and red onions. Steam for 3 to 5 mins. Enjoy!!!!!

450g of tomatoes,
2 large red peppers,
2 medium mangoes,
4 sticks of celery,
A big handful of fresh basil,
2 big pinches of fresh thyme
2 medium sized cloves of garlic.
All blended up and garnished with 4 diced up cherry tomatoes and some Greek basil.

Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
2 cups zucchini, peeled and diced
2 medjool dates, pits removed
¼ cup cilantro leaves
1/2 lemon, juiced
optional sea salt and pepper

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water as needed to desired consistency, about ½ cup.
