Why you shouldn’t eat breakfast

Everyone loves a good breakfast.  The smell of bacon, sausages, eggs, and grits making its way to the bedroom from the kitchen.   Hotels even use breakfast to lure guest into their hotels over their competition.  The typical American breakfast includes cereal, milk, pancakes, eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, biscuits or toast, and orange juice pasteurized.  According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics the five reasons you should eat breakfast is energy, improved concentration, better grades, healthy weight, and it taste great, wait, what?  Better grades. We shall see later in this article if breakfast really improves grades through mental concentration.  Have you ever started your day with breakfast and became sluggish, if not right after the breakfast, perhaps later that evening or night when digestion occurred.  I partially agree with one of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics reasons you should eat breakfast, gaining weight but it could not be considered healthy.  Let’s get down to business.  Milk the white liquid produced by mammary gland of mammals has been around for centuries, back then it was only used by the wealthy.  Milk has since been on the Americas table for breakfast for its nutritional benefits, but is it really nutritional?  Milk contains at least 285 mg of calcium more than enough calcium to cause calcification. Milk is also recommend for developing strong bones encouraging kids to drink more and more of the same substance that actually causes fractures in bones and osteoporosis.  Milk also contains casein which is linked to the development of cancer.  Milk is now being eliminated from our breakfast right?  Time to pull out the orange juice, orange juice is ok if it’s squeezed or juice from an organic orange.  Orange juices in grocery stores are pasteurized, whenever you pasteurize a product you destroy its nutritional value and enzymes.  When you really think about what an egg is you should regurgitate it right away. An egg is the ovum of a hen and the sperm of a rooster, its purpose is to continue the existence of its species.  I want to throw up now thinking about all the times I ate eggs even drinking them raw for protein to build muscles.  Eggs are acid forming containing much fat (cholesterol), nitrogen, and phosphoric acid.  The seeker of health should know that an acid diet destroys health the beginning of all disorders. The vegetarian should know that according to the United States Department of Agriculture eggs is classified as a meat, makes sense it comes from an animal.  The diabetic should know that eggs are associated with type 2 diabetes according to a study by the Physicians Health Study.  Recall earlier I mentioned that I use to drink raw eggs for protein, protein putrefies in the blood this causes many skins disorders I had several.  Here’s an example of the intelligence of the body, the temple where god dwells, the infant’s most common food allergy is eggs, it’s the immune system defending the infant from an unnatural food. Enough about eggs I could go on forever I believe now you have gotten the point.  Pancakes!!! Hmmmm, right? On national Pancake Day the lines for Ihop are ridiculous and I would agree pancakes are delicious but what are they made of.  A pancake is made from a starch based substances which makes it violate the general rule of eating not to mix a starch, meat, and sugar together which causes fermentation. Fermentation is a metabolic process that converts sugar to acids, gases, or alcohol.  Nondrinkers beware this is still alcohol consumption.  Intestinal fermentation is responsible for much of the acidosis cases you see today.  Acidosis is the first stage of all ailments one ailment commonly known as the common cold.  Sausage is ground meat mixed with seasonings, fat, salt, preservatives, and fillings, often packed into an artificial protein or genuine animal intestine casing. Most sausages are made with pork or pork with another meat. Sausages originated as a way to preserve animal trimmings by the way. Let’s take a look at a bible parable Deuteronomy 14:8: “And the swine, because it divides the hoof, yet chews not the cud, it is unclean unto you: you shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass.” It’s a sin to eat pork wow!!!!  Grits is the small broken grains of a corn soaked in lye, yes lye, the lye that is used to make bleach, paper towels, soap, and aluminum. Most of the corn used in America is GMO (genetically Modified Organism) changing the DNA of the corn.  The body produces too many eosinophil cells due to an allergic reaction as result of the corn’s proteins, the eosinophil cells begin to leave the body and infiltrate the mucous membrane, esophagus, lungs, causing an avalanche of symptoms.  Biscuits and bread would fit into the same category; just look at all the new gluten free products popping up.  Wheat and flour which most bread is made of is an contributor to decaying teeth, wheat is made from a cereal grain and a jump starter for old age also known as decrepitude. Cereal grains are known to cause arteriosclerosis; arteriosclerosis occur when the blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients from your heart to the rest of your body (arteries) become thick and stiff.  At this point in the article it would be safe to say that breakfast, at least this type of breakfast is not healthy and actually builds diseases.  The word breakfast actually means to break the fast of the prior night.  I recommend a breakfast fruit base or a warm glass of water in the morning, not so pleasurable I know, but at least it’s healthy and we are striving for sound health.
